Although these services have been given since 1986, and covering site hardware support, at present, are restricted to remote access services, and we do not include any hardware assistance.

    We currently provide remote support for Linux, Windows and Windows CE. For Linux servers, only need a minimal pre-installation (Linux Minimal) to fully automate the system configuration in a short space of time. For Windows computers, the only requirement is the existence of standard remote access software, usually VNC.
