Since 1986, dSOFT has been doing different services to companies, adapting to changing times and adding new services when necessary. In the late 80's, started using remote access system, which was then based on the analog phone. Programs such as Procomm Plus and communication protocols such as Kermit, opened the doors to a world without distances, which over the years years became much more rapid and versatile.

    Currently, most of our services are provided over the Internet through remote access software, or by SSH. Our servers are continuously receiving customer information, such as dynamic IP changes. This allows us to access the computers of our customers, either directly or, where preferred by listening to the connection originated by the customer.

    We currently provide remote support for Linux, Windows and Windows CE. For Linux servers, only need a minimal pre-installation (Linux Minimal) to fully automate the system configuration in a short space of time. For Windows computers, the only requirement is the existence of standard remote access software, usually VNC.
