WinSiteBuilder is a generator for Web Sites. Using a very easy to use FrontEnd, and from Windows, it creates a full Site, including multilingual, based on a tree made by a utility program attached to the program (TreeBuilder).
Before begin the process, it should be maked a master template in html. From this template, you generate all html pages for the various branches of the tree and the different languages.
